Last weekend I visited a Buddhist Temple in Yongjin. It was nice to get away from the city and check out other areas of Korea for once.

Shrooms

These are tiles with prayers written on them by people from all over the world (Notice the different languages). They will replace old roof tiles.

QuestionHi, I read your answer to your previous question post, and I was wondering.. before moving to South Korea, did you know anyone? And do you have foreign friends who work in Korea but are not teachers? Anwser

Yes, before I came I knew a few friends out here that I met back in the States. I’m Korean American, so I also have some family out here as well. Most of the foreigners I know are teachers, but I do have some friends pursuing other business ventures out here.

QuestionHello. I just wanted to know cuz I'm thinking of applying to teach in Korea with my 2 year of university diploma. But I'm just wondering, would a 1,300,000 won salary be sufficient expenses-wise? Minus residence. Anwser

Well, it all depends on your lifestyle. If you plan to save any money, then you will have to live more on the conservative side. However, if you don’t care about saving, then you should be able to have a lot of fun with that amount, as long as your not getting bottle and table service at clubs every weekend you will be fine.

My friend Sohl opened his Burger, Salad, and Pasta restaurant called Salt and Butter. I went to go try and his food, and help promote a little bit outside. The food is BOMB, he definitely knows his shit. The burgers are the best I’ve had in Seoul, all my people in Korea check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable, as well.

The restaurant is located on Rodeo St in Apgujeong, above the NBA Store.

The weather was beautiful, but most of the Cherry Blossoms weren’t fully bloomed yet. Last year was definitely better.

After not taking any pictures during the winter, it felt good shooting again. Expect more pics to come.

On the back it says “Fucking A”, he probably has no idea what that means.
